These Terms & Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TEENEE APP COMPANY LIMITED (“TEENEE”) and its users in connection with the use of TEENEE’s online reservation intermediary services.
Article 2. Definitions
The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
“TEENEE” refers to the platform operated by TEENEE APP COMPANY LIMITED.
“User” refers to any member or non-member using the Services.
“Hotel” refers to any participating accommodation provider registered with TEENEE.
“Reservation” refers to the act of requesting and confirming a room through the platform.
“Services” refers to reservation intermediary services provided through TEENEE’s website and mobile applications.
Article 3. Nature of the Services
TEENEE is an online reservation intermediary platform connecting users with short-time and accommodation facilities in Thailand.
TEENEE is not the direct owner or operator of any hotel or accommodation facility.
Each hotel is solely responsible for room conditions, cleanliness, hygiene, safety, staff services, and all other aspects of hotel operations.
Hotel descriptions, photographs, prices, and room availability are based on information provided by the respective hotels.
Article 4. Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms
These Terms shall become effective upon publication within the Services.
TEENEE reserves the right to amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
Continued use of the Services after any amendments become effective shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users may register for an account using the following methods:

2. Users must provide accurate and complete information and shall be solely responsible for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information.
Article 6. Use of Services
Users shall comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions.
TEENEE endeavors to provide uninterrupted Services throughout the year; however, the Services may be temporarily suspended due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond TEENEE’s reasonable control.
Article 7. Reservations and Payments
A reservation request shall be deemed submitted upon completion of the reservation and payment process.
A reservation shall be deemed finalized when payment has been successfully completed and a reservation confirmation notification has been sent through the system.
If a reservation is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances attributable to the hotel, TEENEE shall provide the user with a full refund of the amount paid.
Article 8. Age Restriction
Only users aged 18 or older are permitted to make reservations and stay at accommodations through the Services.
If a reservation made by a minor is identified, the hotel may refuse check-in, and any applicable refunds shall be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Article 9. Check-In and Use
Users must check in to the applicable hotel within the reserved time period.
Hotels may request valid identification (e.g., passport, Thai national ID card) or other legally required documentation at check-in.
Extensions of room usage shall be subject to each hotel’s on-site policies and additional charges.
Partial refunds shall not be provided for early departures or unused portions of the reservation period.
Article 10. Hotel’s Right to Refuse Check-In
Hotels may refuse check-in under any of the following circumstances:
Failure to present valid identification.
Mismatch between reservation information and the actual guest’s information.
Intoxication or behavior likely to cause harm or disturbance to others.
Exceeding the occupancy limit of the reserved room.
Suspected illegal activities or violations of Thai laws or hotel policies.
Article 11. User Obligations
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
Providing false information or impersonating another person.
Fraudulent payment activities, including the use of stolen credit or debit cards.
Hacking, exploiting, or interfering with the normal operation of the Services.
Damaging hotel property or causing harm to other individuals.
Engaging in activities prohibited under Thai law.
Article 12. No-Show Policy
If a user fails to arrive within the designated check-in period, the reservation shall be considered a No-Show.
No-Show reservations are deemed attributable to the user and are not eligible for refunds.
Repeated No-Show incidents may result in restrictions or termination of the user’s account.
Article 13. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the separate “TEENEE Cancellation & Refund Policy.” In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the TEENEE Cancellation & Refund Policy, the TEENEE Cancellation & Refund Policy shall prevail.

Article 14. User Reviews and Content
Copyright in reviews, ratings, photographs, and other content submitted by users (collectively, “Content”) remains with the respective users; however, TEENEE shall have a royalty-free right to use such Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
Content containing profanity, defamation, false information, illegal material, or infringement of third-party rights may be hidden or removed without prior notice in accordance with TEENEE’s operational policies.
Article 15. Account Suspension and Termination
TEENEE may suspend a user’s account or terminate the service agreement, with prior notice (or immediately in urgent circumstances), if the user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent payments, repeatedly commits No-Show incidents, or participates in illegal activities.
Article 16. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights relating to trademarks, logos, designs, text, software, and other content available through the Services are owned by TEENEE or their respective rights holders. Users may not commercially exploit such materials without prior written authorization.
Article 17. Disclaimer
TEENEE shall not be liable for:
Room conditions, hygiene, service quality, or facility-related issues of any hotel.
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring within hotel premises.
Disputes arising between users, or between users and hotels.
Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures.
Article 18. Limitation of Liability
TEENEE’s total liability arising from or relating to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the reservation giving rise to the claim.
Article 19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
